That is why all our foremen attend a mandatory 42 hour Foreman Training and Certification Program. This assures our customers of getting their JOB DONE RIGHT the first time. Additionally for our customers Going Green with their buildings, many of our project managers are also LEED accredited and our on-staff project managers are graduates of some of the best construction management programs in the country such as the Purdue and University of Nebraska Programs.

Braconier In-House Fabrication Shop

Braconier customers are known to appreciate Braconier’s in-house fabrication shop that is managed very efficiently to keep costs down and quality up to the highest standards. This management process model is a way of doing business that reduces the number of people needed on a job site and provides just-in-time delivery of all piping and equipment to keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule for the benefit of our customers.

Safety

Safety is a top priority at Braconier and we are proud to have one of the best safety records in the industry. We participate in the Colorado Department of Labor Cost Containment Program and are Cost Containment Certified. Our employees have current 10 hour OSHA cards and are continuously encouraged and trained to integrate safety into their daily activities and mindset.
